Description: Join the Make Fitness A Priority Community for Priority Fit Camp Live!! This is a FREE workout that you can do with us live or virtually from the comfort of your own home. This is a total body workout that we scale for all fitness levels. This bootcamp will include both resistance training and cardio training exercises. We will work the whole body and you will get a great workout to begin your weekend with. At the half way point of the workout we have a short pause to share a fitness tip with the class.
