Description: KU Natural History Museum Event, Collections Up Close at KU Memorial Union Tuesday, April 9 11:30am — 1:00pm KU Memorial Union, Jayhawk Walk Explore Biodiversity Institute collections with graduate students studying ornithology, paleontology, ichthyology, mammals, botany, herpetology and more. We bring a few of the 9 million specimens from our collections to share with the KU community in the Kansas Union at this monthly event. At this program, KU students and community members are invited to examine specimens from our archaeological collection with graduate students from the KU Museum Studies program.
