Description: Stand With Me, Amputee Support Group With Wesley Rehabilitation Hospital would like to invite the community to a big celebration of Limb Loss Awareness Several exciting activities that day We have 4, various speakers about occupational therapy,General prosthetics, amputee health & wellness, hear the interesting journey of an ICU nurse after amputation. The Governor, Jeff Colyer, the Mayor Jeff Longwell and county commissioners Dave Dennis have all three signed proclamations that April will be recognized as Limb Loss Awareness. The official readings will be read at noon. There will be several vendors to anwer your questions. The Bomb BBQ food track will have great BBQ to purchase for lunch. A proceed of his profit will be donated to Passageways, for homeless veterans.
