In an age of high-tech home video and online streaming, blockbuster films remain the major movie studios' ace-in-the-hole. From "Jaws" to "Star Wars" to "Independence Day," it seems that every summer now brings at least one "must-see" movie. Film critic Abby Olcese says that the new comedy "The Watch" isn't one of those.
"The Watch," with a script written by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Jared Stern, opens nationwide today (FRI). Abby Olcese writes about movies for Kansas Public Radio. You can see more of her work online at her blog, nomorepopcorn.wordpress.com.
