Description: Calling all Justice Matters Network Members, friends, and people of goodwill! Justice Matters invites you to our annual Action Assembly on Thursday, April 28, 6:30-8pm at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. If you have ever felt powerless to make change on the issues you care about in our community, know this is an opportunity to feel a sense of unity and shared purpose while making a real difference. Together, we will call with one voice for well-researched, systemic solutions to end our crisis of chronic homelessness, promote restorative practices in our public schools, eliminate unnecessary incarceration in the Douglas County Jail, and provide quality care to our elders. We will be seated inside the Open Pavilion at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. It is a semi-outdoor, well-ventilated environment with ample space for social distancing. Masking is encouraged. If you are not connected to a team leader or network member, contact an organizer to get your (free) tickets: or Submitted by: Camille Debreczeny Justice Matters
