Former Royals Closer Tagged With All-Star Game Loss

Several current and former Royals players had prominent roles in the 2017 All-Star game

The Seattle Mariners’ Robinson Cano homered off former Royals closer Wade Davis, who now pitches for the Chicago Cubs, in the American League’s 2-1 victory over the National League in last (TUE) night’s All-Star game. The Kansas City Royals' Salvador Perez was the starting catcher and several other Royals got some playing time in the mid-season exhibition. Greg Echlin reports from Miami for Kansas Public Radio.
