A New Approach To Depression   Date: December 11, 2006
   Winter and depression sometimes seem to go hand in hand. Shorter days and longer nights can trigger a kind of depression known as Seasonal Affective Disorder. But depression comes in a lot of forms, ranging from mild holiday blues to major depression, with a serious risk of suicide. A University of Kansas psychology professor believes lifestyle changes may hold the key to better treatment of the whole range of depression. Health Reporter Bryan Thompson has more as we continue our series, “Kansas Health: A Prescription for Change”.
