| Item Listing | New Tools In The Fight Against Meth Labs Date: September 21, 2009 The number of clandestine labs producing the highly-addictive drug, methamphetamine, has dropped sharply in Kansas in the past few years, according to law enforcement statistics. But in 2008, the number began to tick upwards again. That’s why the state is moving forward with a new tool to make life more difficult for meth “cooks”.
