Alexander Markov, violin, November 10, 2016

Violin soloist Alexander Markov, and conductor Kyle Wylie Pickett of the Topeka Symphony,

visited the KPR studio ahead of Markov's performance of Paganini's Violin Concerto No. 2.

He played Massenet and Bach, besides discussing the technical innovations of Paganini.

Then, he took out his electric violin and light saber bow for a 21st century version of virtuosity.
