Kansas is bracing for a wintry mix of rain, sleet and snow this weekend. Meteorologist Matt Wolters, with the National Weather Service in Topeka, says the first strand of precipitation is expected tonight (FRI) and will only increase throughout the weekend.

Wolters says some ice or snow accumulation is expected by Monday. For the latest weather information, visit the National Weather Service / Topeka website.
