In the past twenty years, the human population of Kansas has remained fairly stable. Not so for the dairy cow population, which has increased by 50 percent. In this report for Harvest Public Media, Justine Greve travelled to western Kansas to learn about the state's changing dairy industry and its efforts to keep the milk money flowing.
