Watchdog Group Critical of KanCare, Privatization

KanCare, the state's new privatized Medicaid program, is coming under fire from a national watchdog organization, In a new report, the group says KanCare is an example of how outsourcing public programs to private companies can reduce services and put the interests of corporate shareholders above those of taxpayers.
