A task force appointed by the governor has wrapped up a series of meetings on ways to reduce childhood poverty in Kansas. The group discussed three, so-called "pathways out of poverty."  They include improving education, putting more Kansans to work and strengthening families. KPR's Stephen Koranda was at yesterday's (MON) meeting in Topeka and has this report.
