Supporters of Medicaid expansion are urging Kansas lawmakers to look at plans implemented by conservatives in other so-called red states. Indiana’s expansion plan was the focus of a forum yesterday (TUE) in Wichita that was attended by several Kansas legislators. Jim McLean of the KHI News Service has more.
