If you've been to a gas station lately, you've likely noticed that prices are relatively low for this time of year. Jim Hanni (Haney) with Triple A Kansas says prices are down sixteen to twenty percent from last year at this time.
Hanni says the average price at the pump is down about forty-six cents a gallon from this same day last year.
