Researchers have found that state legislatures are not doing enough to protect important pollinators like bees and butterflies. As Brian Grimmett reports for the Kansas News Service, Kansas and Missouri are among states with laws to protect bees and butterflies but experts on pollinating insects say those policies are only a beginning.
