State Senator Won't Seek Re-Election

State Senator Mark Taddiken says he won't run again for his seat in the upper chamber of the Kansas Legislature. The Clifton Republican says he's too busy with grandchildren and farming to continue representing Kansans in the 21st state Senate district.

Taddiken spent 12 years in the Kansas Senate. He says he hopes people will remember his good decision-making, and know that he kept all Kansans in mind when he made his decisions.
