The Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, or SRS, has officially signed a deal to keep the agency's Lawrence office open. City and county officials had to agree to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to keep the office running. But as KPR's Stephen Koranda reports, the state could again pick up the tab.
