A new task force on problem gambling in northeast Kansas and the Kansas City area is being formed. Paul Hahn is with the state Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. He says the task force is partly the result of the opening of the new state-owned Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway earlier this month:
