Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack

This week on KPR Presents, the man at the top of America's food chain.  Vilsack is beginning his second term as President Obama's Secretary of Agriculture, as the USDA recommends new stricter food safety regulations and Congress continues to struggle to pass a multi-year farm bill.  Vilsack delivers the 160th Landon Lecture on Public Affairs and talks about the relevance of rural America today in this rebroadcast from Kansas State University.
