Second Winter Storm in a Week Heading to NE KS

Kris Craven is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Topeka. She says parts of eastern Kansas could see snow totals ranging from six to 10 inches or more. But Craven says the weather should remain pretty tame in the morning hours today (MON).
