Report Predicts Slow, Steady Growth in KS Economy

A monthly economic report says some Plains and Midwestern states have reached or exceeded pre-recession job levels.  Ernie Goss, an economist at Creighton (CRAY-ton) University in Omaha, expects modest, but steady, economic growth here in Kansas... and even better growth in neighboring states.

Goss says North and South Dakota now have more jobs than before the recession.

Stephen Koranda is KPR's Statehouse reporter.
