Report: Children of Young Parents in Kansas Likely to Live in Poverty

More than a tenth of parents in Kansas are between 18 and 24 years old. They’re often still struggling to get their own footing in the world.  A new report suggests that about seven in 10 kids in Kansas being raised by those young parents live in poverty. Stephan Bisaha of the Kansas News Service reports from Wichita.
