Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger is jumping into the political tussle over a proposal that could put state officials in charge of Medicare and Medicaid in Kansas. As Jim McLean of the KHI News Servicereports, conservative Republicans support the bill but Praeger says it could “jeopardize” Medicare.
