The Power of Sport: Athletics, Race, and America

August 27, 2017: Dr. Harry Edwards talks about sports, race, gender, and politics, and why it is impossible to separate them. Dr. Edwards, a leading authority on diversity and sports, was the keynote speaker at this year's "Power of Sport" symposium at the University of Kansas, sponsored by the KU School of Business, Kansas Athletics, and the Langston Hughes Center. This program was originally broadcast on March 19, 2017.
