Driving under the influence of alcohol, pills and most illegal drugs is widely considered to be a threat to public safety. That’s according to a poll taken by AAA Auto Club of Kansas. However, AAA spokesman Jim Hanni says many of those surveyed say they are not worried about people who smoke marijuana and drive.
Hanni says the poll results have law enforcement concerned about the lack of awareness about the increase in accidents around the country allegedly caused by drivers stoned on pot.
