Police Ask for Assistance in Serial Rape Investigation

Police in Manhattan and Lawrence are trying to jump-start an investigation into 14 rapes and attempted rapes in those two communities dating back to the year 2000, with the latest incident taking place two years ago today (THUR). Bryan Thompson, from the Kansas News Service, has details.
