Panel to Cast KS Electoral Votes

Photo by Stephen KorandaBallots will be cast in Kansas today (MON), but not by average voters. Secretary of State Kris Kobach says the voters will be the electors who cast Electoral College votes.

Kobach says when Kansas voters went to the polls on November 6th, they were casting ballots for the electors. Those electors will now cast their ballots for Republican Mitt Romney.
