Not All Community College Courses Measure Up

What if ALL general education courses at Kansas community colleges transferred -- seamlessly -- to any public university in the state? That could happen, if the chair of the Kansas Board of Regents has his way. But wait... Commentator John Richard Schrock says there are problems with this idea.


Commentator John Richard Schrock is a regular contributor to Kansas Public Radio. He's also a professor at Emporia State University, where he trains future biology teachers.
