New Policy Center Jumps Into School Funding Debate

Kansas has a new player in the policy debate over budgets and taxes. The Kansas Center for Economic Growth is being launched today (TUE). And as Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, the center is jumping right into the debate on school funding.
