The New Kansas Cookbook: Rural Roots, Modern Table

The New Kansas Cookbook: Rural Roots, Modern Table is all about eating fresh and local.  From farm to table, Frank and Jayni Carey's cookbook covers a lot of culinary ground - from soup to nuts, if you will.  And it's not just chock full of recipes.  This book is replete with stories of people and places that make food possible.  To learn more about the book, KPR's J. Schafer spoke to the authors, husband and wife Frank and Jayni Carey.

Frank and Jayni Carey are the authors of The New Kansas Cookbook: Rural Roots, Modern Table.  They were speaking with KPR's J. Schafer.
