Mixed Reaction to KS Gov's State-of-the-State Speech

As you would expect, reaction to Governor Brownback’s speech depends on who you ask. Conservative Republicans say it was a strong speech that took credit where credit was due. But moderate Republicans and Democrats are criticizing the governor for his show-down rhetoric on public education funding and for ignoring some other important issues.
