The See/Saw Film Festival takes place in Lawrence this weekend. The three-day event begins Friday. Organizer Maggie Beneke (BEN-ih-kee) says this year's theme is social justice and titled, "On the Brink: Borders, Boundaries, and Becoming."
The See/Saw Film Festival begins Friday and continues through Sunday in Lawrence. Some events will be held at the University of Kansas, others at the Lawrence Public Library. It's free and open to the public. The event is sponsored by the Kansas Humanities Council, the KU School of Education and the KU Student Senate. More information can be found at seesawfest.com.
