The planned sale of one big insurance company to another will be the subject of a public hearing this (MON) afternoon in Topeka. As Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger is one of 26 state regulators who would first have to approve the $7 billion deal before it could happen.
