KS Ins Commish Responds to Survey of Uninsured

A new Gallup poll shows that Kansas saw a significant increase in its uninsured rate this year, while states that expanded Medicaid as part of the Affordable Care Act have seen the largest declines. From public radio station KMUW in Wichita, Carla Eckels reports.
