KCK Homeless Health Services Hit by State Funding Cuts

Heartland Health Monitor is a reporting collaboration focused on the impact of health issues in the Midwest.

A partnership of four nonprofit agencies serving the mentally ill and the homeless in Kansas City, Kansas, has eliminated 26 positions. As Heartland Health Monitor’s Dan Margolies reports, the move by Wyandot Inc. is in response to deep state budget cuts.
