Kansas Supreme Court Considers New School Funding System

The school districts suing the Kansas Legislature have laid out their case before the state Supreme Court, arguing that lawmakers are about $600-million short of adequately funding public schools.  Sam Zeff, with the Kansas News Service, reports on what might happen if the high court agrees with the schools.
