Kansas State's AD: Frank Martin Said It Was "Time for a Change"

Frank Martin, K-State's basketball coach, who's now taking the head coaching job at South Carolina.

John Currie, the athletics director at Kansas State University, says basketball coach Frank Martin told him it was "time for a change."  Currie didn't go much further into why Martin left the school for the head coaching job at South Carolina.  But as KPR's Greg Echlin reports, there was an odd turn of events that played a role.

Currie says he has no pre-determined parameters in his search for the next head basketball coach at
K-State.
