A Kansas security expert says being prepared and paying attention to your surroundings are the best ways to stay safe during an active shooter incident. The deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas Sunday night and the three shooting deaths over the weekend in Lawrence show that crowd shootings can happen in any community at any time. Deborah Shaar reports from KMUW in Wichita.
