Who's the moderate? Kansas Republicans and Democrats battle to embrace the moderate mantle.  #KS2016

In a slew of Kansas Republican primaries, many moderates declared victory.  The GOP’s anointed nominees say they’re ready to bring common sense back to Topeka. But they still have to win in November.  And, as Elle Moxley reports, some Democrats are claiming they’re the real moderates.
