Kansas Ends Attempt to End Planned Parenthood's Medicaid Funding

Kansas has thrown in the towel on its attempt to end Planned Parenthood’s Medicaid funding. As Dan Margolies reports for the Kansas News Service, the move ends a three-year-long legal battle.
