Kansas Collected Little Public Comment on New Federal Education Plan

Kansas education officials did not actively seek public comment on a long-term plan to boost student achievement before submitting that plan to the federal government.  Celia Llopis-Jepsen, with the Kansas News Service,has more on the lack of public input on the far reaching education plan.
