Kansas City Council Rejects MOU for KCI Terminal Project

In a surprise move, the Kansas City Council rejected a memorandum of understanding yesterday (THUR) with Edgemoor, the firm selected to build a new terminal at Kansas City International Airport. Lisa Rodriguez of KCUR Radio has more on how the city can move forward with the project.
