Kansas Budget Fixes Could Include Spending Cuts, Borrowing

After lowering its revenue targets several times over the past few years, the state of Kansas finally hit the mark in December. But as Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, lawmakers will still be facing a massive budget deficit when they return to the Statehouse next week.
