Kansas Battles Nebraska over Republican River

Kansas and Nebraska have been back in court recently arguing over the Republican River in a dispute that will ultimately lead to a decision from the Supreme Court. The latest chapter in this border water battle comes as many farmers are planning for water restrictions. As Grant Gerlock of Harvest Public Media reports, the persistent drought is providing an immediate test to see which state’s arguments hold up.
