It's Beginning to Look Not So Much Like Christmas

Just after 1 p.m. today (MON), it was already 73 degrees in Lawrence, Topeka and other cities across eastern Kansas -- and most of the area remains under a partly sunny sky. The unseasonably warm weather (it is December 3rd, after all!) won't stick around too much longer. The high temperatures for Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the low 60s but then drop to 57 on Thursday. And by Friday, the high should only reach 49 degrees.

Keep up to date with the latest weather by checking the website for the National Weather Service in Topeka. The meteorologists at Phillip Billard Airport in the Capital City are pretty darn good. Indeed, four out of five broadcasters at KPR highly recommend them!
