Mental health counseling usually comes from psychiatrists, psychologists and sometimes, social workers. But what if someone rebounding from a mental health episode got help from a person who’s faced something similar themselves? From the Kansas News Service, Nomin Ujiyediin (no-MEEN OO-jee-yed-EEN) reports on the power of personal experience in mental health treatment.
