Homeland Security Head Details Changing Terrorist Threat

Protecting America from terrorists is undergoing a major shift. U.S Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh (Jay) Johnson cautioned against "home-grown" terrorists, speaking at Kansas State University yesterday (WED), just before the groundbreaking ceremony for the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility. He called on the public to be active partners in the fight against terrorism, and that "if you see something, say something" must be more than just a slogan.
