Justyn Hosman (Justin Hoss-man) leads the Rescue Mission's outreach program called Operation Street Reach. His goal lately has been convincing homeless people they need to take shelter for their own safety, because subzero temperatures can be lethal.
Hosman has also been busy talking to homeless people about the symptoms of frost bite.
