A controversial health compact bill is on its way to Kansas Governor Sam Brownback. The measure aligns Kansas with several other states whose governors and legislatures are opposed to the federal health reform law, also known as Obamacare. As Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, the bill authorizes Kansas to join an interstate health compact.
